Data deletion
Ask us to delete what you sent us.
If you submitted an inquiry, sample request or partner application, you can ask us to delete or correct that information. This page explains how the request is handled.
Last updated: 2026-10-29
1. What you can request
- Deletion of the inquiry record and the contact details attached to it.
- Correction of inaccurate company, contact or market information.
- Withdrawal from any marketing message, where you separately agreed to receive one.
Deletion removes the inquiry from the active working record. Information that must be retained for an issued quotation, proforma invoice, contract, customs document or accounting obligation is retained for that purpose and is not part of the website inquiry record.
2. How to send a request
Email info@sintlin.com with the subject line Data deletion request and include:
- The email address or WhatsApp number you used to contact us.
- The company name you submitted, if any.
- The approximate date of the submission.
- Whether you want deletion, correction, or both.
We may ask one clarifying question to confirm that the request comes from the person who submitted the information. We will not ask you to send identity documents for a routine website inquiry.
3. What happens next
We confirm receipt, confirm which record was located, and tell you the expected handling time for that record. When the request is completed, we confirm what was deleted or corrected.
Deletion is applied to the inquiry record, the associated notification copy and any file you uploaded for that inquiry. Backup copies are removed on the normal backup rotation.
4. Records we cannot delete on request
Where a commercial document has already been issued, statutory retention and accounting requirements may prevent deletion for the required period. In that case we will tell you which document is affected and why it is retained.
