Privacy
Your inquiry stays private by default.
SINTLIN reviews inquiries privately. We do not publish partner identities, customer names, locations or market coverage. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

1. Who is responsible
The website www.sintlin.com is operated under the SINTLIN brand by Shanghai Herostone New Material Co., Ltd., Shanghai, China. This company is responsible for the inquiry information described below. Contact: info@sintlin.com.
2. Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to submit through a form, or that is technically required to deliver the page.
- Inquiry information: name, company, business type, country, city, business email, optional WhatsApp number, optional website or social profile, product or design interests, application, thickness and finish preferences, and the message you write.
- Uploaded files: reference images or documents you choose to attach to a sample or inquiry request.
- Technical information: the page you submitted from and the date of submission. We do not use this website to build a browsing profile of you.
- Commercial correspondence: messages exchanged after you contact us, including quotation and sample records.
We do not ask for payment card details, identity documents or personal information unrelated to a business inquiry on this website.
3. Why we use it
- To review whether a product, sample, mix or partnership request fits the current SINTLIN range.
- To reply through the contact channel you provided.
- To prepare a quotation, sample record or commercial document when the conversation reaches that stage.
- To keep an internal record of what was requested and what was confirmed, so the same facts are not misstated later.
- To protect the website and the inquiry channel against spam, automated abuse and fraudulent submissions.
A business inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Any marketing message requires a separate, clearly presented choice, and can be withdrawn at any time.
4. What we do not do
- We do not sell inquiry information.
- We do not publish your name, company, logo, city, project or cooperation status without your explicit written permission.
- We do not send form contents to advertising platforms, public analytics properties, session recording tools or front-end logs.
- We do not use inquiry information to create a public dealer directory, map or market-count claim.
5. Who may process it
Inquiry information is handled by the SINTLIN operating team and, where necessary, by service providers that support the website and communication flow — for example hosting, business email, internal CRM or table storage, and notification delivery. These providers receive only what is needed for that function.
The current processor list and the confirmed retention period for each record type are maintained internally and provided on request to the contact address above. Where a legal or accounting requirement fixes a retention period for issued commercial documents, that period applies to those documents.
6. International transfer
The operating company is based in China and serves buyers in multiple markets. Inquiry information may therefore be processed outside the country you submit it from. Where applicable law requires specific safeguards for a transfer, those safeguards are arranged for the relevant record type before the transfer takes place.
7. Security
Access to inquiry records is limited to team members who need it. Forms are submitted over HTTPS and validated server-side. Information that identifies a customer or market is kept out of public pages, static build output and analytical tool properties.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to request access to the information we hold about you, ask for correction, ask for deletion, object to a specific use, or withdraw a marketing consent.
- Requests: info@sintlin.com
- Deletion and correction: see Data deletion
- Cookies and local storage: see Cookie Notice
We respond to a request after confirming which record it refers to. We do not charge for a routine request.
9. Children
This website is intended for businesses and professional buyers. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
10. Changes
If this policy changes materially, the updated date at the top of this page changes with it. Where a change affects how already submitted information is used, we will state the change on this page before it is applied.
11. Language
This policy is published in English. If a translated version is provided later, the English version remains the reference text for the scope described here.
